Floor-level sequential accumulation and the need to feed multiple packaging lines
Description
The 7100DF or Dual Flow guides containers inline through the system, gently transferring them from the infeed conveyor to one of two outfeed conveyors. The ability to effortlessly switch between two different outfeeds allows you to feed separate case packing machines. For example, you can feed a cartoner and a tray shrink from the same accumulator. It automatically expands its usable length based on line conditions, eliminating the effects of slowdowns or micro-stops and ensuring a constant and optimal product flow between machine centers.
