On May 30th, the Hartness Service Department called all Hartness service technicians from parts beyond to our world headquarters in Greenville, SC. Our technicians spend most of their time traveling the globe visiting you, our customers and working alongside you to ensure your machines are always working satisfactorily. At this 2nd annual meeting, technicians had the opportunity to share with department heads and executives their observations while in the field and ideas to improve both customer experience and equipment functionality.
Watch for some of the innovations and improvements -resulting from these open discussions – going into practice in the near future. At the end of the day, the people around the room agreed that it’s all about taking care of our customers, and providing the best service possible.
We are grateful for the opportunity to gather essential feedback, to show our appreciation and to re-energize these technical experts who represent Hartness as they travel around the world. We also want to thank all our customers with whom our technicians spend much of their time!
