Ross Capps is a team leader for the Customer Service Department at Hartness International. He has been with Hartness since 2010 and lives in Greenville, SC with his wife. When out of the office, Ross spends his free time working on his classic car and boat, flying both general aviation and model planes, relaxing at the lake or playing golf and softball. Ross is very detail oriented and takes great pride in his work due to years of experience building small scale model cars and planes. Ross received his Automotive Technology degree from Greenville Technical College and currently studies Network Systems Administration at ITT Technical College.
Chris Christopher is a Customer Service Representative at Hartness, and is responsible for processing quotes and orders for both domestic and international customers. She lives in Greenville, S.C. with her husband Danny and their two Jack Russell Terriers, Sparky and Pearl. Chris and her husband enjoy attending Hot Rodd shows, Cruise In’s, Drag Racing, Nascar Racing and all things that go fast! She also enjoys spending time with her mother shopping and site seeing.
Elizabeth Aguilar is the trainer and special projects coordinator for the Customer Service department at Hartness. In addition to departmental training, Elizabeth ensures export compliance. Elizabeth speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys providing a high level of service to her customers. She is a native of Greenville, SC and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her church.
Elizabeth Nichols is a Hartness Customer Service Representative responsible for processing orders and quotes for both domestic and international customers. She is a native of Greenville, SC and has a degree in business management. Elizabeth has experience in customer relations and management which enables her to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Elizabeth enjoys collecting rare comics and attending conventions as a hobby. When not working she spends time with her family and dog.
H. Patrick (Pat) Derrick
Pat Derrick is originally from Lafayette, GA and has lived in Greenville, SC since 1980. Pat has been with Hartness International for over ten years serving as Chief Pilot and currently as a Customer Service Representative in the Aftermarket Parts Department. His favorite hobby is flying. Pat is a member of the Board of Directors of Triple Tree Aerodrome, Inc., a charity with the mission of youth education in aviation. Pat received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Education in Environmental Science at the University of Virginia.

Dayle Lewis is from the Pacific Northwest and has been with Hartness International for about five years. As a Purchasing Agent her main focus is procuring spare parts for customer machines in service around the world. She enjoys interacting with both Hartness employees and part suppliers to solve even the most complex customer needs. Before coming to Hartness, Dayle worked in several different industries in a variety of positions. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and family.
