The Hartness International GlobalFill represents one of the most innovative and elegantly simple machines in the world. Featuring a self adjusting gripper system, the GlobalFill eliminates the need for costly change parts. Once containers are engaged in the gripper, they are conveyed throughout the filling block without feed screw handoffs between rinser, filler and capper. Another feature of the GlobalFill is its dual row filling option. The dual row feature allows for the filling of two product sizes simultaneously. Further, both the rotational speed and the footprint of the GlobalFill are reduced by half when compared to conventional fillers with the same number of valves. Most importantly, the machine's design ensures simplicity of operation and lower maintenance cost.
