DYNAC 6200

Hartness' Model 6200 DYNAC provides FIFO accumulation, pressure-less product handling, as well as unique line balancing characteristics for a variety of rigid and flexible container types. DYNAC virtually eliminates slowdowns and "microstops," raising productivity by providing a constant and optimal product flow from machine to machine. The DYNAC 6200 is designed in a floor-level/single-file configuration, making it ideal for narrow portions of the packaging line area. Its narrow footprint and modular design allow one system to be stacked onto another. The 6200 can also be constructed with a radius of up to 180º for added capacity. Configuration enables the implementation of the DYNAC-centric line concept or allows the 6200 to be utilized as a buffer or a "metering device."
