As production areas become
more overcrowded with equipment, the need for conveyor elevation
changes increases. Hartness International has introduced
a solution that makes a difficult job easier. The model
7300 Elevator/Lowerator now provides you with a new alternative
for transporting products to a higher level.
The 7300 uses an endless conveyor which
prevents the product from needing to be transferred after
it enters the system. The helical design provides elevation
changes in a more compact and value added manner. The simple
design allows the system to be flawlessly integrated with
little effort or expertise.
Maintenance
costs are less due to the system's ability to maintain the
correct chain tension. There is no need for soap lubrication,
further reducing operational costs. The breaking strength
of the conveyor is rated at over 1300Lbs/589 Kg, guaranteeing
a long life. The panel has been simplified due to a single,
load sharing, VFD. The now proven concept was developed
for the DYNAC to allow an endless piece of conveyor to be
driven smoothly and efficiently.
