The Hartness DYNAC system provides dramatic improvements to line throughput and efficiency by providing pressure-less product handling, first in/first out accumulation, and consistent product flow. When used in combination with Hartness’ patented Bottom GripVeyor
system, the DYNAC can extend these benefits to even the most difficult to handle, lightweight containers. The Hartness Bottom GripVeyor system is designed to convey empty, unstable containers at speeds of up to 200 feet per minute by utilizing a self adjusting, simple gripping technology. Because the grippers are self adjusting, the system automatically adjusts top a wide variety of bases, virtually eliminating changeovers. Once containers are placed into the grippers, the bottles are conveyed and accumulated through the DYNAC without bottle to bottle contact, ensuring bottle integrity. The Hartness Bottom GripVeyor DYNAC simply and efficiently replaces troublesome, complicated serpentine accumulation systems which can require lengthy changeovers, damage product, and require large amounts of floor space.
