The Hartness Bottom GripVeyor system is designed to convey empty, unstable containers at speeds of up to 200 feet per minute or 60 meter per minute. The system grips the containers by the base with gentle grippers. The simple gripping technology is well suited to convey empty, previously difficult to handle containers in a pressureless environment.

The Bottom GripVeyor’s simple design features fewer controls, elimination of guide rails, and lower operating costs when compared to traditional conveyor systems.

Perhaps the most important benefit is the fact that the Bottom GripVeyor allows for automatic changeovers of a line. Because the grippers are self adjusting there is no need for extensive guide rail systems. The Bottom GripVeyor automatically adjusts to a wide variety of bases, eliminating the need to manually adjust the guide rails throughout the line.
