Our GlobalShrink film cutting section always cuts film at its slowest speed, ensuring precision cuts and lower maintenance. This is only the beginning of the system’s “cutting edge” design. With the innovative container infeed, easy-set color coded change parts, servo controlled film wrapping section, and no-tools changeovers in 30 minutes or less, Hartness is revolutionizing how film only shrink packaging should be accomplished.

As with all Hartness equipment, engineered flexibility is at the heart of the design. The GlobalShrink’s unique wrapping section easily allows for the introduction of new packages to the market after the machine is built and installed. So, if your market needs change, as they often do, so can you.

Hartness GlobalShrink Shrink Wrappers are consistent with the Hartness “simply innovative” design philosophy. Servo motors are used only when absolutely necessary, eliminating the need for complicated controls and ensuring ease of understanding and simplicity of operation for both maintenance personnel and operators.

An often overlooked aspect of wrapping systems is the shrink tunnel. Hartness GlobalShrink tunnels are highly insulated, comfortable to touch, and extremely quiet. GlobalShrink tunnels are custom designed to shrink your particular packages. Our GlobalShrink tunnels control the air flow on all sides of the package on this multi-lane bundler to produce consistently tight, safe to handle, good-looking packages. GlobalShrink uses less energy than many competitive wrappers, resulting in a lower long-term cost of operation which in turn impacts sustainability.
Three speed models are available - FOM 60, FOM 80, FOM 100 - 60, 80, 100 packs per minute, respectively.
